I am so mesmerised by the presentation of your site that I would like to find out more. I have had a number of relatively successful careers, working my way up to senior managment level in various industry sectors before finding it impossible to motivate myself back into work. I either need motivation, or clarity, or the confidence to go and set up my own business. As I live in the UK any coaching will have to be on skype or by phone only. Do you think you may be able to help me break through this fear barrier so I can get up and go get things done again? Dear Catriona

Even adults are able to completely block traumatic events. In many cases, until that child or adult is put into a similar circumstance, they will never remember. Repressed memories are also able to surface with hypnosis, although there is some argument that the memories are created or placed with an untrained hypnotist.
